Why Engaged?

As Wedding Planners in the Winnipeg wedding industry, we understand the time, money, effort and energy that goes into these events. Our goal is to ensure that you see a return on investment. Our show is curated with some of the best vendors, over three floors and has an incredible flow to ensure all vendors receive maximum exposure.

This is why Engaged is taking a different approach:

  • We offer low costs....Why? Community over competition. The total cost is $500 (or $550 if you choose a payment plan) for the Engaged Boutique Show. Our 2025 show is taking place on January 19, 2025.

  • The space is a 10x10 open air space, no side-walls are permitted. If you wish to hang items or have a backdrop you must provide your own structure.

  • We don’t charge for tables and chairs at the venue. Every booth comes with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs for your convenience!

  • Electrical is free of charge & extremely limited although it is available upon request at no cost to you

  • Affordable entry fees for couples to attend - This means more attendees!

  • Inspirational Gallery allowing certain vendors to showcase their products in more than one area.

  • A Grand Prize giveaway participation is free of charge and will be available for those who which to donate and gain more exposure.

  • Ingress/Egress timing as well as an exhibitor handbook complete with a floor plan will be sent out the week of the show.

  • Year round social media promotion and website links at no additional cost.

  • Every vendor has the opportunity to put their printed materials in the attendee bags, free of charge- yay free marketing!

  • All payments are non-refundable. All vendors that are selected to take part in the show, will be sent a direct invoice complete with payment methods and information.

Please note: This application does not automatically confirm your participation in the show. We would love to accept all of you, but in addition to limited spaces we need to ensure diversity in terms of style, service and price points. We also take into account vendor positive reputations, industry relationships, social media, website presence and much more.
