As Wedding Planners in the Winnipeg wedding industry, we understand the time, money, effort and energy that goes into these events. Our goal is to ensure that you see a return on investment. Our show is curated with some of the best vendors, over three floors and has an incredible flow to ensure all vendors receive maximum exposure.
This is why Engaged is taking a different approach:
We offer low booth costs....Why? Community over competition. Please see the booth size options and cost below.
The booth sizes available are: 10x5, 10x10, or 10 x 15 open air space; no side-walls are permitted. If you wish to hang items or have a backdrop, you must provide your own structure.
We don’t charge for tables and chairs at the venue. Every booth comes with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs for your convenience!
Electrical is free but very limited.

Affordable entry fees for couples to attend - This means more attendees!
As a vendor, you also receive a 50% off code to share with your couples and followers to help with cross-promotion
We have a staggered entry time for all guests (Noon - 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm) to ensure better traffic flow
Everyone receives an attendee email list
A Grand Prize giveaway participation is free of charge and will be available for those who which to donate and gain more exposure. By donating to the grand prize, you receive this second email list.
Social media promotion and website links at no additional cost.
Every vendor has the opportunity to put their printed materials in the attendee bags, free of charge- yay free marketing!
All payments are non-refundable. All vendors that are selected to take part in the show will be sent a direct invoice complete with payment methods and information. Your booth is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We also offer payment plans if you wish to pay in two installments.

Engaged Vendor Application
Please note: This application does not automatically confirm your participation in the show. We would love to accept all of you, but in addition to limited spaces we need to ensure diversity in terms of style, service and price points. We also take into account positive vendor reputations, industry relationships, social media presence, website presence, grand prize participation and much more. We are limiting each category and we will confirm your application. Previous year’s participation does not guarantee your spot in the show, we have a very long wait list and try our best to diversify the vendors to allow everyone a chance to participate. Please complete the form below, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance.
Please also note that because our show is small and affordable, we heavily rely on the assistance of our vendors to support ticket sales. All of the vendors in the show must agree to cross promotion on social media.
